We have had reports of the "Too Noisy Needle" not responding to sound in the Google Chrome web browser. We think this only effects internal microphones (external USB based microphones seem fine).
It seems either the microphone stops working after a period of time while the app is running, or it is not activated in the first place.
It seems there is a "Bug" in the current release of Google Chrome that is causing this. The good news is thet the next release of Google chrome seems to fix the issue (we have tested this).
